Government and Public Policy (GAPP) Thinktank is a South African non-profit organisation with the objective to win the argument in the public domain that building autonomous and professional administrations is vital to the long-term development of the country.  GAPP Thinktank will develop proposals on how this can be done generally and in specific sectors.  It will do this by generating persuasive research, stimulating and provoking public debate and attention through targeted media interventions and building awareness and understanding in key constituencies and amongst thought leaders.
